Job Purpose

A capable General Executive who will give customized secretarial and administrative assistance in a well-organized and timely way, and who will work one-on-one on a variety of responsibilities linked to the executive's working life and communication.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Acting as the administrative point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.

  • Undertaking the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages, and routing correspondence.

  • Handle requests and queries appropriately

  • Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders

  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs

  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system

  • Exemplary planning and time management skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in related subject necessary, as well as 1 to 2 years of expertise in planning, time management abilities, and outstanding understanding of MS Office.
